This policy applies to custom and personalised printed goods ordered from Crazy Tees in South Africa.

Change of mind

Custom designs and personalised printed goods cannot be returned for change of mind. Under the Consumer Protection Act, cooling-off does not apply to goods made to your specification.

Misprints and damaged items

If your item is misprinted or arrives damaged, report it within 7 days of delivery with a clear photo. We will offer a reprint or refund, as appropriate.

Cooling-off (ECT Act)

The Electronic Communications and Transactions Act cooling-off right does not apply to goods made to the customer's specification, including made-to-order prints.
